Payment Tracking
This section allows you to track payments from teams participating in your tournament.
Step 1. Go to Fees and Payments

From the event dashboard, click on "Fees and Payments" in the left-hand menu.
Step 2. View Team Payment Details

Find the team you're looking for and click the blue arrow icon to open its payment details. Here you can see:
Team name and category
Payment status
Selected payment method
Invoice details
Step 3. Add or Review Transactions

Click the three dots (menu icon) to open additional options:
Add Payment — Record a manual payment (e.g. cash on-site).
View Transactions — See the full transaction history for this team.
