You can add custom fields to the player registration form

Go to the "Settings page" in the "Control panel"
Find the "Extended Player Registration Form" item.
Click the "Manage" button.
Add the fields that fit your goals. The following types are currently available: one-line text, multiple-line text, multiple choice, drop-down list, and radio buttons.
Click the "Save" button.
The new fields will appear in the team registration form for the event.
Go to the "Approved Players" section.
Click the "Download CSV" button.
For ease of use, you can upload this file to Google Sheets or similar software and edit it as you see fit.
