Pay by Manager

Step 1: Open the Manager's Profile

  • Locate the profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen and click on it.

Step 2: Select Your Team

  • In the dropdown menu, select the team whose payments or application you want to manage.

Step 3: Navigate to the Event Application

  • Open the team events section and click the yellow warning icon or dropdown arrow next to the event name to access the application.

Step 4: Open the Application Settings

  • Click the Manage Application button.

Step 5: Access the Payment Section

  • In the event application menu, click Fees & Payments.

Step 6: Top Up Your Team Balance

  • Press the Top Up button to add funds.

Step 7: Enter the Amount and Confirm Payment

  • Input the amount and click Confirm Payment.

Step 8: Pay via Mollie / Stripe

Select your preferred payment option (e.g., card, bank transfer). Complete the process by clicking Pay.

  • If successful: A "Payment Successful" message will appear.

  • If unsuccessful: Retry the process.

Step 9: Allocate Payments to Players Tabs

  • Switch to the Outstanding tab, select the players you want to pay for, and click Pay for Selected.

Step 10: Confirm Payment

  • Verify the payment details and click Confirm Payment.

Step 11: Review Paid Players

  • Navigate to the Paid tab to confirm successful transactions.
