Fees Management

Set up and adjust participation fees for players, teams, or non-players.

Step 1. Open the Fees & Payments section

  • From the left-hand menu, click Fees & Payments.

Step 2. Go to Manage Fees

  • Click on the Manage Fees block to proceed to fee configuration.

Step 3. Configure fee details

Here, you can adjust the fee structure for your event:

  • Select the currency you'll accept for payments.

  • Set the fee deadline — after this date, prices may change manually.

  • Choose who pays: per Player, per Team, or per Non-Player (e.g., coach or guest).

  • Enter the amount to charge for each category.

  • You can also remove a fee type or update values anytime.

Click Save to apply changes.

Next, team managers will see fee information after they submit respective rosters. Fees will be automatically recalculated based on the team size and your input in this section.
