# Extended Registration Form & Liability Waiver

When submitting a roster for an event, you will see a section that informs you that the organizer requires participants to fill out an extended registration form and, in some cases, a waiver.

After you submit the roster for the event, all players from that roster will receive an email and a notification on the website that they need to fill out the form.

### **What to do if your players ignore organizers' requirements, or say they have not received anything by email:**

**Attention! If your players do not sign the waiver, the organizer has the right to refuse your players' admission to the tournament.**
