Editing Accepted Teams

You can easily update team information after approval if something changes or needs to be corrected.

Step 1. Open Teams & Rosters

  • From the event sidebar, click on Teams & Rosters.

Step 2. Select and Edit a Team

  • Find the team you'd like to edit. Hover over the three dots in the Actions column, then select Edit application from the dropdown menu.

Step 3. Make Changes and Save

On the team’s page, you can:

  • Upload or change the Team Logo

  • Edit the Team Name

  • Update the Status (e.g., Approved, Pending, etc.)

  • Change the Team Manager’s Name

  • Edit the Phone number

  • Update the Email address

All actions in this section are only applicable to your event meaning you cannot change the team name globally across the service.

After making your edits, click Save to apply the changes.
