About This Policy This Cookie Policy explains how ULTIE LTD uses cookies and other technologies that store information on, or access information from, a browser or device when you use Ultie. These technologies include cookies, local storage, scripts, tags, pixels, and similar storage or access methods. We call them **technologies** in this Policy. This Policy should be read with the Ultie Privacy Policy, which explains how we use personal information more generally. ## 2. How Cookie Choices Work For visitors in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, whether signed in or not, CookieYes provides three choices: * `Accept`; * `Reject`; and * `Settings`. Only technologies that are strictly necessary for the requested service load before the relevant choice. Optional technologies load only after the category is allowed. You can change or withdraw an optional choice at any time through `Cookie Settings`. The persistent footer link remains available whether you are signed in or not. Withdrawal does not affect storage or access that was lawful before the change, but the affected optional technologies will stop loading on future use after the new choice is applied. Rejecting optional technologies does not block ordinary Account or Event use. Some optional or third-party features, such as an embedded video, may remain unavailable until the relevant category is enabled. Ultie does not ask for, infer, or use Account age to change cookie or tracking behavior after sign-in. A Family manager uses an adult session. Ultie does not treat use of the site, scrolling, or closing the banner as consent where a positive choice is required. ## 4. Technology Categories ### Strictly necessary These technologies are required to provide a feature you request, keep an Account session secure, remember privacy choices, route traffic, prevent abuse, or maintain the service. They cannot be switched off through CookieYes where they are necessary for the requested service. Examples include: * authentication and session controls; * security and abuse-prevention controls; * traffic routing and service availability; * load-balancing and request integrity; * CookieYes preference storage; and * limited operational diagnostics needed to keep the service working securely. ### Analytics Analytics technologies help Ultie understand how the service is used and which pages or product features need improvement. Ultie uses self-hosted Plausible. Analytics events are not used for cross-service advertising profiles. Self-hosted Plausible loads only after the Analytics category is allowed. The current production technology entries are listed in `Cookie Settings`. ### Functional services Functional technologies support features such as maps, geocoding, social sign-in, or saved interface choices. The relevant technology loads when you request the feature and, where it is optional, after the Functional category is allowed. ### External media External-media technologies allow content hosted by another provider to load. YouTube runs in its privacy-enhanced `youtube-nocookie.com` mode, and the player does not load before the relevant CookieYes choice. ## 5. Other service providers are described in the Privacy Policy. `Cookie Settings` shows the current cookie or storage key names, providers, categories, and expiry periods detected for the production service. Ultie updates the preference centre and this Policy when the production configuration changes. An optional technology does not load before the relevant choice. ## 6. Diagnostics Sentry supports service diagnostics. It is not controlled through CookieYes because it is not used as an optional browser-storage or access technology. Personal-information handling for diagnostics is described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Organizer DPA. ## 7. Third-Party Features When you choose a social sign-in, map, or embedded-media feature, the provider may receive ordinary request information such as IP address, browser or device information, language, and the requested resource. The provider may also set its own technologies for purposes described in its privacy information. The payment page and its technologies are operated by the Organizer's active payment provider, Mollie or Stripe. The provider's own privacy and technology information applies when you leave or interact with the Ultie payment flow. ## 8. Evidence of Your Choice Ultie keeps a minimal record needed to show which choice was presented and made. It may include: * a pseudonymous consent identifier; * the policy or banner version; * categories allowed or rejected; * the date and time; and * the later replacement or withdrawal action. This record is used to apply and demonstrate the choice, not to create an advertising profile. The current choice is kept while active, and the minimal evidence may be retained for up to six years after it is replaced or withdrawn where needed to demonstrate compliance. ## 9. Browser and Device Controls You may also delete or block technologies through browser or device settings. These controls operate separately from CookieYes. Blocking strictly necessary technologies through a browser may prevent sign-in, security, payment-return, or other requested features from working correctly. Browser deletion may cause the preference interface to ask again because the device no longer holds the current choice. ## 10. Changes to This Policy We may update this Policy when technologies, providers, configuration, or law changes. The date of the latest update will be displayed with the Policy. For a material change, we will give at least 14 days' advance notice where practicable. Where a change requires a new choice, CookieYes will request it and the affected processing will not begin until that choice is captured.
