Extended Registration Form & Liability Waiver

When submitting a roster for an event, you will see a section that informs you that the organizer requires participants to fill out an extended registration form and, in some cases, a waiver.
After you submit the roster for the event, all players from that roster will receive an email and a notification on the website that they need to fill out the form.
Attention! If your players do not sign the waiver, the organizer has the right to refuse your players' admission to the tournament.
Copy the link to the player registration form/waiver on the roster submission page.
Send the link to your players with a request to fill out the form.
Wait for all players to fill out the forms.
Go to your team profile by clicking on your name in the upper right corner or on the user icon in the mobile version.
Click on your team.
The selected event will show the number of forms that are filled out.
Click the "Edit" button next to the roster.
In the list of players that appears, you can find two types of icons: ❌- not filled out, ✅ - filled out.
