# Black Friday Offer: 50% Off for New Tournaments

## **How It Works**

* The discount is applied automatically when you create a new tournament during the promotion period.
* The service fee is reduced by 50% and paid only after the tournament is completed.

## **First Tournament in a New Country = 100% Free**

If you’re organizing the first-ever tournament on Ultie in your country, your event is completely free — no service fees, no strings attached. Let’s grow ultimate together, one new country at a time.

## **What Counts as a “New Tournament”?**

A “new tournament” is defined as a competition that:

* Has not previously existed on Ultie in any form.
* Has a new tournament name (not reused or copied).
* Is not a reactivation or clone of a past event on the platform.
* Is created between November 21 and December 1, 2025.

Tournaments that don’t meet these conditions will be charged standard service fees.

Note: If a tournament was **created earlier but never actually held** (no games, no scores, no results), it is **still eligible** and considered *new* for the purpose of this offer.

## **Important Notes**

* Offer valid only for tournaments created within the promotional period.
* If a tournament is found to violate eligibility rules (e.g., duplicate), the discount may be revoked.
* Ultie reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time.
