# Edit an event roster during a game

Correct an event roster or player number from the game interface.

Changes made from the game interface update the event-wide roster, not a separate roster for one game.

## Who can edit the roster

* Owner
* authorized Admin
* Scorekeeper

Limited scorekeeper cannot edit event rosters.

## Update the roster

1. Open the game management interface.
2. Select **More Actions**.
3. Under the relevant team, select **Roster**.
4. Add or remove players and correct their event numbers.
5. Select **Save**.

For a tournament or league team, available players come from its club membership. For a Hat team, use the eligible event participants shown by the Hat roster flow; club membership does not determine eligibility.

The change applies across every game in the event. It does not change persistent club membership or the player’s global profile.
