# Join a club

Join a club through a manager invite or send a membership application from the club page.

Join a persistent club to appear in its member list and keep your club history across events. Club membership does not add you to an event team or roster.

## Join through a manager invite

1. Open the invite link sent by a club manager.
2. Sign in or create an account if Ultie asks you to.
3. Complete any profile steps shown in the flow.

A valid invite activates club membership immediately. The club manager does not need to review the membership again.

## Apply from the club page

1. Open the club page.
2. Select **Join Club**.
3. Answer the **Are you a player?** question.
4. If you are a player, enter **Jersey Number**. Otherwise, select **Your Club Role**.
5. Select **Join Club** to send the application.

The application stays **Pending approval** until a club manager accepts or declines it. An accepted application adds the profile to the club.

## If something blocks you

* **Ultie asks you to verify your email:** complete verification, then return to the club page.
* **The invite is invalid, expired, or revoked:** ask a club manager for a new link.
* **You already have a pending application:** return to the club page to view it or select **Abandon Application** before sending another application.
* **You are already a club member:** no new application is needed.
