# Complete an event

Complete an event after every game is finished, select its MVP awards, and publish the final results.

## Before you complete the event

Every game must be **Finished** before the event can be completed.

Missing SOTG does not block event completion.

## Open event completion

1. Open the event **Control Panel**.
2. Open **Dashboard**.
3. Find **End Event** and start the completion flow.

## Select the awards

Ultie determines the Spirit award from the highest WFDF score. If teams are tied, their final standings break the tie.

Select the MVP awards for each division:

* **Open:** 1 player;
* **Women:** 1 player;
* **Mixed:** 2 players — 1 female and 1 male.

The selection screen shows MVP nominations and team standing. Owner or Admin may select any player; the nomination count does not restrict the choice.

## Confirm completion

Select **End Event** to confirm. The event moves to **Completed**, and its final results and awards appear on the public event page.
