# Register a team

Register an event team for a club and send the application for organizer review.

A club is persistent. Each team application creates a separate event team for that club.

## Before you start

* Sign in with an account that has a club available for selection.
* Make sure team registration is open for the event.
* Check the registration and roster deadlines on the event page.

## Send a team application

1. Open the event page.
2. Select **Send Team Application**.
3. Choose **Team Application**.
4. Select the **Club** and **Division** for the team.
5. Check the **Team Name** and team manager contact details.
6. Complete any additional fields added by the organizer.
7. Select **Send Application**.

Submitting the application creates a separate event team in **Pending** state and makes you its team manager. The team appears on the event page, but your contact details and internal application answers do not become public.

The Team manager cannot change the **Club** or **Division** after submission. To return to the application, use either route:

* open the event team from your global profile; or
* open the event page and select **Manage Application**.

Both routes open the same application, including the roster, team survey, fees, and requirement statuses available to the Team manager.

## Register another team from the same club

Send another team application and select the same club. Use a distinct team name, such as `Team 2`, when the club enters more than one lineup.

Each application creates its own event team and roster. You do not need to create another club.

## If something blocks you

* **Registration is closed:** contact the organizer before preparing another application.
* **Invalid Phone Number:** enter the complete phone number, including the correct country code.
* **The wrong club or division was submitted:** the team manager cannot change these fields in this registration flow; contact authorized event management.
