# Complete team requirements

Complete the team survey and track each player's separate event requirements.

An event may require a team survey, player surveys, waivers, or a combination of them.

## Complete the team survey

1. Open the event team from your global profile, or open the event page and select **Manage Application**.
2. Open the requirements area.
3. Complete the fields in the **Team Survey**.
4. Review the answers and submit the survey.

The team survey belongs to the team and is completed by the team manager.

## Track player requirements

Review each rostered player's status and follow up on incomplete actions:

* an adult or self-managed teenager completes their own **Player Survey**;
* a Family manager completes the player survey for a managed child;
* the applicable player, Family manager, or external adult signs the waiver through the age-appropriate route.

Each player or authorized adult completes their own player survey and waiver; the team survey covers only the team.

## If something blocks you

* **A player is missing:** add the player to the event roster first.
* **A required action does not appear:** ask the organizer to check the event requirements and the player's assignment.
* **A player cannot complete an action:** confirm that the correct person is using the player, Family-manager, or external-adult route.
